Cancelation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, your card on file will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment’s price. No-shows will be charged a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled appointment’s price.
If you have a gift certificate and fail to show up or cancel late (less than 48 hours prior), your gift certificate will be forfeited.
It is important to me to keep my clients (and myself) safe and healthy. If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible.
Appointment Courtesy
Please, no guests (including children) unless previously discussed.
If you arrive late, please note that your appointment will end at the original scheduled time and you will be charged for the full service. If you're over 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service and you may be charged a late cancelation fee.
The safety of my clients and myself is important to me. Please notify me if you are sick or showing symptoms of illness. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
If you have not arrived 10 minutes after your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and subject to my cancelation policy.
Card on File Policy
A credit or debit card on file is required to book all appointments. This information is secure within Square's database. Your card on file will be charged if you violate the 24 hour cancelation policy. You may also use this as a form of payment at your appointment if you choose.
Boise clients: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This goes toward your scheduled appointment price.
Refund Policy
Services
Due to the nature of my services, I am unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know while you are in the studio or within 48 hours of your service. I am happy to fix your service at no charge if you are not satisfied.
Product
If a product has not been opened, you may return it in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, opened or used products may not be returned.
